Tatenokawa 8 is the entry expression in Tatenokawa`s numbered sake range, using rice polished to just 8% of its original size — an extraordinary level of refinement rarely seen in the industry. The extreme polishing removes almost all the proteins and fats from the grain, leaving a spirit of remarkable purity. Ultra-refined, with delicate floral aromatics, white fruit and a whisper-light body. A technical tour de force.
