Château Ausone is a Premier Grand Cru Classé ‘A’ property in Saint-Emilion producing some of the most highly sought-after wines in Bordeaux from its 7ha of vineyards. The 2005 release flirts with perfection with exceptionally deep but superbly defined layers of cassis, blueberry, liquorice, crushed rock and incense.
