Produced from an equal blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, vinified and aged in oak barrels at a low temperature, and with a dosage of around 7g/l. Golden yellow in the glass, on the nose, dried fruit and citrus character mingle with buttery nuances carrying through on the palate with toasted, toffee notes. The ideal match for white meats or pan-fried chanterelles.
