Produced solely in the finest vintages, Cristal is the flagship of Louis Roederer. The 2007 is a slightly adjusted blend of 57% Pinot Noir and 43% Chardonnay with aromas of orchard fruit and honeysuckle. The palate is full-bodied, richly-fruited but tempered by lovely tension and grip on the finish.
