Bruno Paillard is an independent and family-owned Champagne house founded in 1981. Première Cuvée beautifully combines Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, with 20% fermented in barrel and the addition of up to 50% reserve wines. With three years maturation on lees and extra low dosage, this is a complex but immensely elegant Champagne.
