Thus far Boërl & Kroff have only produced one edition of NV Brut. It is a wine of unquestionable quality made in a more traditional, gastronomic style. This broad-shouldered wine is voluptuous and intense on the palate and is punctuated with flavours of citrus peel, acacia blossom and toasty savouriness.
