Since 1829 Bollinger has been producing exceptional Champagnes that are powerful, sophisticated and complex in style. The Special Cuvée NV is 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier, with over 85% of fruit sourced from Grands and Premiers crus. It is golden in colour with wonderfully rich aromatic complexity, ripe fruit flavours and a subtly silky finish.
