Bruno Paillard`s `Nec Plus Ultra`, from the Latin `there is nothing beyond`, was born from a desire to create the greatest possible Champagne from exceptional vintages and from grapes sourced exclusively from grand cru vineyards. The 1996 release is produced from a 50.50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
