Canon la Gaffelière is a leading Saint-Émilion estate blending Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon into wines of real finesse. Expect a mellow, savoury character with dried fruit, earth, truffle and soft, resolved tannins leading to a smooth finish.
