This Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Extra Brut is a single-vineyard Champagne crafted entirely from Chardonnay planted in 1981 in the Les Rouleaux lieu-dit of Chamery, Montagne de Reims. Clément Perseval works his small 3.3 hectare estate using organic and biodynamic practices. This 2016 Champagne was aged for 12 months in barrel, bottled in April 2018, and shows purity, remarkable tension and distinct saline minerality. Only 1,690 bottles were produced.
