The 2004 release of Daftmill 15 Year Old Fife Strength, distilled in 2009 by Francis Cuthbert at his family-run farm distillery. This expression reflects 15 years of maturation in oak casks, showcasing a balance of sweet vanilla and custard spices. Orchard fruits evolve into stewed and roasted notes. The rich oak foundation provides depth, gradually leading to a soft, velveteen finish. Daftmill is unique in its commitment to small-batch production, with seasonal distilling practices that honour the local heritage of Fife.
