The 2019 L`Aphrodisiaque is an exceptionally rare vintage Champagne from a single parcel in his holdings within the Trépail village. The wine is a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir. It is only produced in specific years and is vinified entirely in old barrels, many sourced from the esteemed Domaine Leflaive in Burgundy. The 2019 vintage is noted for being particularly powerful and intense and this Champagne reflects that, with rich and complex aromas of ripe orchard and citrus fruits, layered with notes of toast, roasted nuts and spice.
