Françoise Bedel L`Originelle NV is a non-vintage Champagne crafted from a blend primarily featuring Pinot Meunier, complemented by Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced from various terroirs, notably those with silty limestone and clay compositions. The wine undergoes fermentation in enamel-lined tanks and neutral French oak barrels, allowing for varied flavour development. Aged for three years sur latte before disgorgement, it maintains a minimal dosage of 1.6g/l.
