Serradelo Adega Algueira 2015 is a full-bodied Mencía red wine from the Ribeira Sacra region. The wine undergoes traditional winemaking methods, with foot-treading in open wooden vats and fermentation using native yeasts. It is aged for a minimum of 12 months in old French oak barrels. It reveals notes of dark cherry, herbal undertones and a hint of earthiness, combined with a firm acidity and minerality.
