Situated in the Langhe area of Piedmont, Gaja is one of the best-known wine producers in all of Italy. This top-end grappa is produced from Chardonnay grapes, which are grown on their estate-owned Rossj-Bass vineyards. The nose is predominantly floral, with some stone fruits and zesty notes. The palate is delicate, revealing more of the citrus character and a touch of minerality.
